- What is the minimum amount I can purchase?
- You can start buying gold with as little as RM1. There is no maximum limit, making DD GOLD accessible to users of all levels.
- Is my gold physically backed?
- Yes, 100% of the digital gold on our platform is backed by certified physical gold stored in secure, insured vaults. Each gram is tracked via our ownership ledger.
- How do I withdraw my funds?
- You can sell your gold at any time and withdraw the proceeds to your registered bank account. Withdrawals are processed automatically, typically within 1-2 business days. A 1% fee applies (minimum RM1).
- Is DD GOLD regulated?
- DD GOLD Sdn Bhd complies with Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing (AMLA/CFT) regulations and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
